Kennedy Center–Library of Congress…Here We Come!

The Homegrown Concert Series, established by the American Folklife Center and the Music Division of the Library of Congress, present an evening of “Cajun and Louisiana Honky-Tonk Music” with Yvette Landry, Wednesday, September 7, 2016.

In partnership with the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage, Yvette will perform at the Library of Congress (Coolidge Auditorium) and the John F. Kennedy Performing Arts Center (Millennium Stage.)

Accompanied by pedal steel master, Richard Comeaux, and fiddle virtuoso, Beau Thomas, together the trio will bring a taste of Louisiana music as varied as the culture where it was born.
