It was definitely a whirlwind for Yvette Landry this past week as she traveled to Washington, DC, to perform at the Library of Congress Homegrown Series and the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts Live 365 Series. And if that wasn’t enough, Landry presented a copy of her new book “Madame Grand Doigt” to Sybille Jagusch, Chief of the Children’s Literature Center at the United States Library of Congress (see the picture above), who officially accepted her works into the Library’s collection.
